Inner Line Permits (ILP) can be achieved with the Deputy Collector Office in Shimla. It’s in the Additional Divisional Magistrate (ADM) office where all the formalities are done. You need to fill a loan application form and fasten 2 passport size photographs, a replica of visa and passport using the form.
